Diane
Diane Russell was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and spent summers in a little charming town called Conneaut Lake. Thirty-plus years ago Diane moved to Florida and resides in Tarpon Springs with her loving husband. She is a proud wife, mother, sister, and grandmother of five sweet grandchildren.
Although Diane enjoyed her career in sales and marketing, she is happily retired. Since then, she has been working on her true passion, which is to write for children and to teach important lessons through whimsical, rhyming stories.
As a first-time author, Diane Rusell shares her first children's picture book, "A Thank-You Celebration" This is the first book in the Wise Choice Kids Club series. You'll meet four darling children, Kristi Joy, Amor, Asha, and Koa. These stories will teach important lessons about gratitude, love, joyfulnessm, kindness, and courage, just to name a few.

“A Thank-You Celebration” is a feel-good, whimsical story. It’s about a little girl named Kristi Joy who wants to thank and celebrate her parents for all the kind things that they taught her to do.
Kristi Joy is thankful for her good manners and notices that it can change people’s moods. She learns that helping others makes her feel confident inside and by trying new things, fills her with great pride. Lastly, she is thankful for facing problems both big and small. So, she creates a party to thank her parents who insist she can conquer them all!
